Sustainable Yoga Personal Training starts with building awareness of your body. Awareness of all of your body’s blind spots, strengths, and weaknesses of its mobility and its balance. Once we determine how your body moves and what your body needs we can work together to adapt the practice of yoga and mobility practices to fit you and your body exactly as it is showing up right now.
Sessions cater to your individual needs and goals, wherever your practice might be. Learn how to make yoga feel good in your body; or increase strength, mobility, and balance; work towards the mastery of a pose or series of poses; build a home practice; learn to modify your practice for pregnancy; restore strength and release tension postpartum; return to movement after periods of inactivity or injury; reduce stress, tension, and pain.
